Circular3 LLP provides strategy, fundraising, project, consulting and accountancy advice and support to help new and existing projects:

We advise and support public and private sector bodies, from small and medium sized entities to large blue-chips, infrastructure funds and institutional investors. With experience of advising on everything from small heritage restoration projects to large scale infrastructure and regeneration projects in Europe, North America, Africa, Asia and Australasia.

Helen Thompson, Associate
Patrick is a Chartered Accountant He has 20 years senior finance experience, working with start-ups, charities and the public sector. Patrick has experience of delivering business planning and setting up operations for new business units, companies, local authority trading companies and charities.
Patrick is also on the National Heritage Lottery fund's framework of consultants
Helen qualified as a chartered certified accountant with the National Audit Office in 2000. Helen advis- es public sector clients on due diligence and finan- cial setup of companies. She has experience in projects in the housing, accommodation, social care, health and education sectors. Her skills include, identifying issues and providing solutions, critically reviewing financial statements and advis- ing on control issues. She has experience with the Audit Commission as an external auditor undertak- ing roles such as grant reviews, audit and housing benefit and council tax grant claims and internal audit roles with Brighton and Hove City Council, Portsmouth City Council as well as assessment of compliance with grant claims from the Department of Transport. She undertook a 6 month role with Grant Thornton reviewing NHS clients.
